From photos to printable sheets
Choose PNG or JPG photos. Drag a photo’s move button to change the order, or use Up and Down. Set a copy count for each photo; copies of the same photo stay together. The layout fills rows from left to right and adds sheets automatically. Use Previous and Next to inspect every page. Up to 100 copies across 20 sheets are supported.
Choose framing deliberately
Keep whole photo preserves the original framing inside your selected box, adding white space when aspect ratios differ. Fill box crops equally from the centre. The live preview shows that crop; use the image cropper first if the subject needs different framing. The resolution note reports the lowest effective PPI in your arrangement. Enlarging a low-resolution photo does not add detail.
Check the printed size
The PDF uses exact millimetre dimensions, while your printer can still scale or clip it. Select the matching paper, print at 100% or Actual size, disable Fit, and measure a test copy. Margins begin at 5 mm, but your printer may require more. Cutting marks appear in the gaps; with zero gap, adjacent photo edges serve as cutting boundaries. These layouts do not certify passport or visa acceptance.
Local and recoverable
Images are decoded and normalized locally; embedded source metadata is omitted from the PDF. Invalid additions leave existing photos intact. Removing a photo or clearing photos can be undone once, until another photo-list change. Changing a setting cancels an old PDF and requires preparing a fresh one. No draft is saved automatically.
