Weekly study planner

Build a seven-day study plan with editable sessions, break times, overlap warnings and local calendar, CSV and backup downloads.

Your week

Time zone and clock changes

Durations are elapsed minutes. A clock change can make the displayed end time look different.

Your seven-day plan

Keep your plan

Restore replaces this week and offers Undo. Nothing is saved automatically. Save a backup before leaving this page.

A manageable plan, one session at a time

Choose a first day, then add focused study sessions and breaks across seven consecutive dates. Edit a card to move it to another day or time. Mark study sessions done to track completed minutes. Daily totals count study time on the session’s starting date; breaks are listed but excluded from study totals.

Overlapping sessions are highlighted so you can adjust them. Overlaps do not block downloads. Save or discard an unfinished session before changing the week, editing another card or exporting. Undo restores the last saved change, including a deleted session or a restored backup, along with its time-zone search and calendar timestamp.

Calendar downloads and time zones

The selected named time zone determines each session’s start. Calendar files use precise UTC start and end times; your calendar app may display them in its own zone. Times skipped by a clock change are rejected. For repeated clock times, choose the earlier or later occurrence under time-zone settings. Durations are elapsed minutes, including overnight sessions.

Calendar downloads contain individual events, without alarms, recurrence or invitations. Importing is optional and does not create a live connection. Calendar apps handle repeat imports differently; importing another file does not guarantee that old events will be updated or removed. Completion is included in the event description. iCalendar format reference.

Local backups and limits

Plans support up to 50 sessions of 5–240 whole minutes each. Names allow 80 characters and goals 240 (measured as UTF-16 units). Start dates range from 1970-01-01 through 2100-12-25. UTF-8 JSON backups up to 100,000 bytes can restore the editable plan. You can cancel backup reading. Starting a session draft also cancels a pending read. Invalid files leave your saved plan intact. CSV is a readable export, not an import format. All work happens in this browser, without automatic storage or uploads. Browser time-zone data affects historical and future clock rules.
